Andrea Bocelli, 65, puts on a loved-up display with glamorous wife Veronica Berti, 39, at glitzy
Andrea Bocelli looked besotted with his wife Veronica Berti on Wednesday evening as the couple attended The Latin Recording Academy’s 2023 Person Of The Year Gala Honoring Laura Pausini at FIBES Conference and Exhibition Centre in Seville, Spain.
The renowned opera singer, 65, cosied up to his glamorous wife, 39, as they posed together on the red carpet.
Andrea cut a suave figure in a sparkly electric blue tuxedo jacket, which he teamed with a pair of matching eye-catching shoes
Underneath he donned a black waistcoat and a white button-up shirt with coordinating black smart trousers.
The blind tenor completed his dapper look with a black bow tie and tinted aviator style sunglasses.
Veronica put on a busty display in a plunging glittering gold and black gown that clung to her incredible figure.
She added an extra few inches to her height in a pair of strappy gold and diamond studded high heels.
The mother-of-one added some extra glamour to her outfit, with a colourful gem encrusted clutch and bejewelled chandelier earrings.
Andrea later took to the stage to perform at the event, held to honour fellow Italian singer Laura Pausini, 49.
Andrea and Veronica tied the knot in 2014 after first meeting in 2002, and the couple share 11-year-old daughter Virginia together.
Andrea was previously married to first wife, Enrica Cenzatti, from 1992 to 2002 and they share two sons, Amos, 28, and Matteo, 26.
Their outing comes after Andrea provided the soundtrack to this year’s John Lewis Christmas advert.
The singer, who has been blind since the age of 12, sang a stunning original song, breaking from the tradition of using a cover of a classic hit.
The whimsical advert centres around a little boy who grows a carnivorous Venus flytrap, dubbed ‘Snapper, the perfect tree’ which quickly grows out of control.
The retailer’s theme this year is the marking of old and new festive traditions with the strapline ‘Let Your Traditions Grow’.
Andrea’s Festa, which means ‘celebration’, is written and produced by Le Feste Antonacci specifically for the John Lewis advert.
Speaking about his part in the advert, Andrea said: ‘I am delighted to take part in this wonderful and unique tradition of Christmas storytelling.
‘It is very special for me given the great support this will bring to both the John Lewis and Andrea Bocelli foundations. Joy to all of your worlds this Christmas!’
